Michelle Klein is a healthcare leader with over 23 years of nursing experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Bowie State University.


With a background in surgical and medical intensive care, plastic surgery, and transplant surgery, Michelle has dedicated her career to advancing patient outcomes through expert care and clinical excellence. As a family nurse practitioner for over a decade, she has developed deep expertise in general surgery, transplant surgery, and interventional radiology.


As a Certified Wound Care Specialist at Dlin Medical, Michelle oversees the integration of advanced biologic products into provider workflows, ensuring effective, evidence-based wound care protocols. Her leadership helps clinicians deliver optimal outcomes using ASP-approved amniotic allografts and skin substitutes for chronic, non-healing wounds.


Michelle is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Nurse Practitioner Association of Maryland (NPAM). Her passion for compassionate, high-quality care continues to drive innovation and support for providers across the wound care landscape.
